The SpOILer Controllerless Recovery System (CRS) is a highly efficient solution for recovering floating hydrocarbons from wells and sumps 2″ (5 cm) and larger. It uses an internally regulated pneumatic bladder pump paired with a floating skimmer to continuously remove product without external controllers.
The system is designed to handle changing site conditions and can follow water level fluctuations of over 16″ (41 cm) when fitted with a 4″ (10 cm) skimmer. It consistently recovers product down to a thin sheen. Its versatile design makes it suitable for many applications. Interchangeable skimmers allow recovery of a wide range of products from light fuels like gasoline to heavier oils such as gear oil across multiple travel ranges.
