It is ideal for 50mm monitoring wells and has been tested to exceed load bearing requirements for traffic suitability for Australian Standard AS3996 Class D. The small 180mm OD makes it ideal for drillers who typically use a 200mm concrete corer.
  • A Solution for Legacy Covers The universal FB180 lid is designed to fit legacy well covers from other manufacturers which are no longer in production. This includes the 'EE' FB180, and other similar covers. Sometimes lids can go missing or get broken on site over the years. Rather than breaking up the concrete to install a new cover, often involving costly traffic management, you can now simply replace the lid. Suitable bolts and an oring is also supplied with the lid. Please note it is not a replacement lid for our Nondo covers.
  • A Class E Rated Cover for Heavy Duty Applications The Nondo CE180 monitoring well cover is an all cast iron, 'Class E' rated well cover, designed for extra heavy duty applications. It is ideal for 50mm monitoring wells and has been tested to exceed load bearing requirements for traffic suitability for Australian Standard AS3996 Class D & Class E. The small 180mm OD makes it ideal for drillers who typically use a 200mm concrete corer. The CE180 has two new concepts for groundwater monitoring well covers:
    • A special shaped skirt to allow a wider concrete support lip and with a larger opening than comparable covers of similar diameter (116mm opening)
    • Bottom sealed bolt holes with removable grub screws for easy bolt hole cleaning if necessary. This ensures ultimate sealing from surface water ingress

  • A Class E Rated Cover for 100mm Wells The Nondo200 contains high quality machine cast iron lid and base, with a strong plastic skirt. It is ideal for 100mm monitoring wells and has been tested to exceed load bearing requirements for traffic suitability for Australian Standard AS3996 Class E, which is typically for heavy duty applications. The large 250mm OD, 200mm ID (164mm between bolt holes) makes the Nondo200 ideal for remediation wells, or in situations where a 'GasClam' sensor is to be installed.
  • Simply the best way to manage tubing for low-flow groundwater sampling

    • The Rapid Reel is a simple cardboard tubing dispenser for our biodegradable tubing for low-flow sampling
    • Low-flow sampling has just been made easier
    • Simply connect the tubing to your sampling pump then deploy down the well, letting the tubing flow easily out of the Rapid Reel box
    • Clean and simple
    Testimonials:

"I used the rapid reel last time I was groundwater sampling and thought it was great. Made life so much easier, especially on the deep wells." (Samantha Walsh - Landserv)

“I have to say, when I saw the rapid reel on your website, memories sprung to mind of countless times spent fighting soggy cardboard reels and unruly tubing. The Rapid Reel did live up to my expectations. It definitely helped keep my ute/workspace tidier, and it was quicker and easier to reel out the quantity I needed." (Anonymous - Ventia)
  • Is sampling groundwater responsibly important to your business? ...then switch to 'BioTubing'. Our landfill-biodegradable tubing helps minimise plastic waste build-up in our landfills. BioTubing is made from landfill-biodegradable* LDPE (low density polyethylene) or HDPE (high density polyethylene), and will only start to biodegrade once in a microbe rich environment such as a landfill. It does not require high oxygen or temperature to biodegrade such as in a commercial compost. BioTubing enables you to achieve high sampling integrity plus operate more sustainably. Bonded Tubing for Low-Flow Sampling Our bonded tubing has the 1/4″ and 3/8″ tubes bonded together with a thin bridge and conveniently packaged on a 100m spool. The air and water lines have been bonded during the extrusion (manufacturing) process, and can be separated easily in the field to connect to a pump and controller fittings. It is recommended to scrape the bonding bridge clean with a knife to ensure a perfect seal. Many people prefer using bonded tubing as it can simplify pump deplyment and handling, and it can reduce the possibility of getting pumps stuck. The easiest way to manage your bonded tubing during pump depolyment, sampling, and storage, is by using the Rapid Reel tubing dispenser. Ultra-Clean BioTubing Our BioTubing has been independently tested for any leaching of 58 VOCs and 101 SVOCs.  The VOCs were tested using USEPA 8260B process and the semi VOCs via USEPA 8270. After tumbling for 18 hours the tubing showed 'non detect' on all the compounds analysed for. These compounds included Phthalates and PAHs. Data available on request. Waste Plastic Facts
    • In Australia alone over 1.5 million tons of plastic waste is disposed of each year, approximately 30 million tons in the USA, and about 5 million tons in the UK
    • Unfortunately most of this goes to landfill with only a small percentage being recycled
    • The use of plastic in western Europe and Australia is growing by about 4% each year
    • Plastic can take up to 500 years to decompose
    • Nearly every piece of plastic ever made still exists today
    • By using BioTubing and other landfill-biodegradable products you are helping to reduce the amount of plastic waste build-up in our landfills
*Biodegradation has been verified by independent laboratory using ASTM D5511 for anaerobic landfill conditions. Independent laboratory testing confirms that our BioTubing is PFC/PFAS-free, based on analysis for 28 different PFCs at extremely low detection limits. For sampling on PFAS sites HDPE tubing is often prefered. HDPE tubing is available in 1/4", 3/8", and 5/8" OD sizes. Click the 'Ordering Information' tab to see all available options for BioTubing.

  • The BioBailerTM is a quick and easy way to sample groundwater. Simply lower the bailer into your well and it fills with water as it submerses. When you pull up to retrieve the bailer the check-valve closes, trapping approximately 1L of water inside. BioBailersTM are made from landfill-biodegradable* PVC, and will only start to biodegrade once in a microbe rich environment such as a landfill. They do not require high oxygen or temperature to biodegrade such as in a commercial compost. Achieve the same groundwater sampling integrity as non-biodegradable bailers but more responsibly.
Need to sample LNAPL / PSH? The easiest and most cost effective way is with the Hydrocarbon only or HC BioBailers. HC BioBailersTM allow you to collect floating LNAPL / PSH from a well, without collecting water. The ball valve is denser than LNAPL but lighter than water so it pushes water out of the bailer while keeping the LNAPL. These bailers also have a wider mouth than regular bailers, allowing you to collect more LNAPL with each bail. Like all BiobailersTM they are landfill-biodegradable.
